Card Activation
How can I activate my card?
You have the following options:
- Utilize the self-registration link above to log into WEX Business Payments and activate your card
- Call the number on the back of your card for assisted activation
- Contact your program administrator to activate your card
Card Management
Where can I use my card, and on what?
Your corporate card is valid anywhere Mastercard is accepted and should be used according to your company’s policies and procedures.
How much can I spend on my card?
The available balance on your card determines the amount of credit available for purchases. You can view your available balance in WEX Business Payments at any time.
How can I see my card balance?
To view your card balance, log into your WEX Business Payments account.
How do I review my transactions?
In WEX Business Payments, you can view your transaction details including the date, amount and merchant of the transactions.
Can I dispute transactions?
Yes. Log into WEX Business Payments, locate the transaction in question, and click the ellipses at the top of the popup to select “Dispute transaction.”
What should I do if my card is declined?
You can log into WEX Business Payments to review your balance and recent transactions, or contact your program administrator.
What should I do if I need to pause my card, without canceling it?
You can pause your card at any point to prevent activity on it. Pausing your card does not cancel or close it, but temporarily protects it from being used for purchases. At WEX Business Payments, select “Pause card” or “Resume card” depending on the desired action.
Alternatively, you can contact your program administrator or call the number on the back of your card.
What should I do if I lose my card?
If you lose your card, you should immediately report it lost or stolen on WEX Business Payments. Log into your account, navigate to the “My Cards” tab, click on the ellipses next to your current balance, and select “Report lost or stolen.” Your card will be canceled and will no longer be able to be used. This action cannot be undone.
How can I change my personal identification number (PIN)?
To change your PIN, log into WEX Business Payments and click the ellipses to select “Change PIN.”
What should I do if I have questions about my card or account?
Contact your program administrator or call the number on the back of your card.
